微博已成为当今数据发布和传播的最佳自媒体平台，将地震速报信息及时发布到微博上有利于信息的传播，使民众及时获取地震消息，提高地震系统的社会服务能力。地震速报微博发布系统能实时读取EQIM 地震台网速报信息并将共享服务系统中的地震数据发送到指定微博账号，同时发布具有中国地震台网中心LOGO 标识的震中位置图;在读取EQIM 和发送微博时充分考虑到震级、台网代码、震中中文地名等多种过滤条件。该系统已运行近3 年时间，运行稳定、可靠，达到了预期的效果，特别是在朝鲜核爆、芦山地震、鲁甸地震等地震事件中及时向社会公众提供了地震速报信息，取得了较好的社会效益。

Micro-blog has become one of the best media platforms for data publication and dissemination． It can release the earthquake quick report timely so that the public can obtain the earthquake information in time and thus enhances the public service of the seismic system． The micro-blog quick report system can read real-time quick report information from the EQIM seismic network，send the shared seismic data to designated micro-blog accounts，and release the epicentral location map with the network center logo． The filtering conditions such as the magnitude，epicenter network code and epicenter in Chinese can be taken into account during the EQIM reading and micro-blog transmission． The system has been running for nearly 3 years in China Earthquake Networks Center smoothly and reliably to the expectation designed． It has achieved good social effects in the publication of quick seismic reports，especially in the cases of the North Korea nuclear test，Lushan earthquake and Ludian earthquake
