[摘要]
基于《中国震例(1966-2012)》涉及到的266次震例资料,建立了具有开放性的异常信息数据库。数据库包含了在地震前普遍存在的可量化统计的11项(地震条带、空区、平静、b值、前震、频度、震群、震情窗口、波速比、视应力与震源机制解一致性)测震学异常信息。采用轻量化的GIS平台编制了“基于震例的测震学异常辅助判定系统”,该系统具有3大功能:①查询功能。查询11项异常的定义、基本原理、适用范围、主要参考文献等信息;查询在某次震例前某个异常的图件;查询关于11项异常的重要研究成果图件;查询完整的《中国震例》PDF版;查询190余篇与11项异常相关的研究论文PDF版。②统计与绘图功能。统计并绘制包括中国大陆、省界、构造分区及自定义多边形、矩形等不同区域内所有震例前出现的11项异常信息与主震震级、发震时间与地点间的统计关系图。③存储功能。可将图件保存到目标文件夹。该系统为地震预测人员开展测震学异常判定及预测指标提取等工作提供了辅助决策平台。

A database is established to store 11 types of seismicity anomalies information based on 266 earthquake cases collected in “Earthquake Cases in China” from 1966 to 2012 for easily adding,extracting,modifying and managing. The 11 types of seismicity anomalies are seismic belt,gap,quiescence,b-value,foreshock,frequency,swarm,seismic window,wave velocity ratio,apparent stress,consistency parameter of focal mechanism. The software,Assistant Decision System,is developed on the basis of lightweight GIS technology about seismicity anomalies from “Earthquake Cases in China”,and easy to operate and use. The software can achieve the following functions: ①Search Function. Inquire about the definition,basic principles,application,main references and other information about the 11 types of seismicity anomalies,about an anomaly pictures collected in “Earthquake Cases in China”,about the maps of important research results. Users can search and read the “Earthquake Cases in China” and other research papers in PDF format. ②Functions of statistics and drawing. The software can draw the analytical charts and users can make elementary conclusion through the relationship between the 11 types of seismicity anomalies and the magnitude,time,and position of the main shocks in different regions,such as Chinese mainland,customized polygon and rectangle,provincial boundaries and tectonic division. ③Storage Function. Charts can be saved to the target folder by clicking the screenshot button. The system provides an assistant decision platform to determinate anomalies and conclude prediction index for users.
