随着信息技术的飞速发展和信息化的推进,各个项目建设均要对硬件、网络、数据库、软件平台和系统进行重复的规划与建设,项目建设的系统越多,操作系统和应用服务的部署和运维就面临着越大的挑战,同时也造成了大量硬件资源的浪费,需要较高的成本进行维护。本文介绍了地震信息化项目中,利用云计算和大数据技术构建地震信息化共用服务平台,通过统一的基础设施建设和资源管理,提供一系列地震相关系统开发过程中需要的共用基础服务,使得开发人员能够在云平台提供的服务基础上,高效弹性地对系统进行开发、部署和运维,大大提高了资源利用率和时间效率。

With the rapid development and the promotion of information technology,it is common that in the project construction,the reduplication,such as hardware,network,database,software platform and so on occurs in planning and construction. The more systems the project builds,the greater the challenges to the deployment and operation of operating systems and application services,resulting in a waste of hardware resources and higher maintenance costs. This paper introduces the use of cloud computing and big data technology to build a common service platform for seismic information in the earthquake information project. Through unified infrastructure construction and resource management,the platform provides a series of earthquake-related system of the common services so that users can carry out the development,deployment and operation with the efficient and flexible system based on the cloud platform,which greatly improves the efficiency in time and resource utilization.
