随着地震系统信息化和现代化推进,观测站点数量不断增加,地震站网运行监控势在必行。本文根据地震台网运行特点和实际需求,从地震站网监控要素、运行状态流解析、故障判断与告警、数据质量分析、监控信息数据库存储等诸多关键技术进行分析研究。同时,结合已有地震站网运行监控平台的研发实践,给出具体的思路和方法,并提出未来发展新考量,为地震省域台网或其他行业站网监控提供参考。

With the development of informatization and modernization of seismic system,and the number of seismic network is increasing,it is imperative to monitor the operation of seismic network. According to the characteristics of seismic network operation and the actual demand,this paper analyzes and studies many key technologies such as monitoring main elements,operation status flow analysis,failure judgment and alarm,data quality analysis,monitoring information database storage,etc. Moreover,combined with the research and development practice of the existing operation monitoring platform of seismic station network,the specific ideas and methods are given,and the new considerations for future development are put forward,which can provide practical reference for the monitoring of provincial seismic station network or other industries.
